Ready-Made Rings FAQ

Shipping:
    •    Shipping is available within Canada.
    •    A flat shipping fee of $50 will be added to the listed price.

Ring Details:
    •    All ready-made rings are size 7 and set in 14K white or yellow gold unless otherwise specified.

Sales Policy:
    •    All sales are final.

 

Custom Rings FAQ

Shipping:
    •    Shipping is available within Canada.
    •    A flat shipping fee of $50 will be added to the listed price.

Production & Approval:
    •    A 50% deposit is required before we start working on the ring.
    •    The remaining 50% is due upon receipt of the ring:
    ◦    For shipped rings, the remainder is due before shipping. Before sending, we will schedule a video call to review the ring and go over all details.
    ◦    For in-person delivery, the remaining 50% will be due at the time of pickup.
    •    A draft of the custom ring will be sent to the customer for approval prior to production.
    •    Any changes to the design can be made at our discretion.
